Return Policy

Please review West Creek Boutique's Return Policy!!

The West Creek Return Policy allows you to return an item for up to 45 days after the original purchase date in order to receive full in store credit. Except for items specifically marked "No Return Allowed" under item posting. Make sure to double check prior to purchasing if this is a concern for you. 

If you must return an item for any reason after the 45 day mark, you may contact the store via email and choose to return the item for $10 off your next purchase.

  • Items purchased online can be returned via mail. 
  • A return label will be provided upon email request. 
  • Proof of purchase may be required (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, or order email) 
  • The cost of shipping will not be included in store credit amount. 
  • We do not provide refunds for returns, we only provide in store credit equal to the amount spent on returned item. 
  • If you choose to not accept in store credit, you may choose to trade an item of equal or lesser value to item being returned. (Must be decided upon via email with store owner.)

How To Make A Return! 

Please do not return a damaged item. We will replace a damaged item free of charge if it was delivered in that condition! 

We are so sorry to hear your purchase didn't quite work out for you. We encourage you to reach out about any problem you had with an item and we will do our best to fix the problem. If the problem warrants a return email info.westcreekboutique@gmail.com explaining the situation and request a return. From here you may choose to receive 100% in store credit or trade in the item for another of equal or lesser value if and only if return meets the required 45 day mark. If return is requested passed the 45 day mark you can choose our alternative option which allows you to return the item still in exchange for $10 off your next purchase. 

After you and West Creek have decided on the option that works best for you, we will email you a free return shipping label. From there you will be responsible for printing the label and shipping the item. We request that you use a trackable shipping company (UPS, FedEx). Once we have received the item we will follow up with our side of the deal.
